Refund and Return Policy

We appreciate you choosing Enlighten Aromas to create your self-care moments. We are here to help troubleshoot your purchase concerns. 

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

  • The product was purchased in the last 15 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product isn't used or damaged

To start the return process:

  • Email us at customercare@enlightenaromas.com. Once your email is received and your return is accepted you will be provided with a return label to send us back the products.
  • Once the products have been delivered to us, your refund will be processed. 
  • This process can take up to 7-14 business days. If you have not received your refund in 14 business days, please send us an email to customercare@enlightenaromas.com.

 Please note:

  • Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Only regular price items can be refunded.
  • Sale and promotional items cannot be refunded. 
  • eBooks and digital materials are final sale and cannot be returned.
